Returns & Refunds
For returning an order you need to log in to your account and in my order’s section you can find an option to raise a return for the delivered order, Please note you need to select the reason to cancel the order.
Once the product is delivered back to us by courier partner and our QC team have checked the same. Refunds are made either to Sagekart Wallet or
For Prepaid orders :
Refund will be made to your original source.
For COD Orders :
Refund will be made to your bank account or by UPI for which team will connect you.
Please Note :
• Only returned product value will be refunded, Shipping costs are not refundable.
• In case of any coupon applied, refunds will be made for the final billing amount deducting the shipping charges.
When you place a request for a return, we arrange a reverse pickup for the same and once received we create a credit note and which is then either refunded or adjusted to your Sagekart Wallet.

Please note that refunds will only be processed once the returned order reaches our warehouse & team does the QC checking. Once the refund has been initiated as per our returns & refunds policy, the refund amount will show up to the customer’s account as per the following :
COD ORDERS – Refunds will be made either by Bank Transfer Or By UPI
PREPAID ORDERS – Within 24 hours of return received.
SAGEKART WALLET – Within 2-3 hours
Kindly Note: Sagekart initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is completed by the QC team. Thus, the refund processing time may vary depending on the time taken by the courier partner to pick up the return from the customer ( generally from 2-5 days ) & deliver the return to Sagekart (which may take up to 3-10 days) from return pickup. In case of any refund discrepancies, We request you to share your bank statement with us so we can initiate a further investigation.
Cancellations
For returning an order you need to log in to your account and in my order’s section you can find an option to cancel the order, Please note you need to select the reason to cancel the order.
Once your order is shipped or dispatched, We apologize to inform you. It can not be canceled. Cancellations are available before the dispatch of orders.
Once the order is cancelled, for prepaid orders the refund will be made to the customer’s original payment source within next 2-3 working hours.

Once the order is confirmed it is dispatched within 24 working hours. Shipping details will be shared ove E-Mail or SMS.
